Ryan was a great help throughout, very professional, patient and friendly, he offered advice when it was needed and this helped the project take shape. Since working with him we have distributed leaflets and posters in and around Brighton Marina, and throughout Chichester Harbour helping to raise awareness of minimising the human footprint left on the marine environment. Having had a lot of positive feedback about the products, particularly the imagery, we have already put the wheels in motion to expand this project further along the Sussex coastline and are very much looking forward to working with Ryan again.
I have worked with Ryan since 2008 and throughout this time I have found him to be a reliable, prompt
and effective designer. He accepts the brief given but is not afraid to suggest changes or improvements;
our collaborations are a team effort. He is the lead designer for the flagship magazine of the charity,
The Cat, and was instrumental in reinvigorating its design in 2008. This has ensured that the
is as much at home on the coffee table of a general cat aficionado as well as that of one of our
long-standing members or volunteers. Ryan has also been the designer for a number of other regular
projects at the charity for a number of different departments. Ryan is a talented and innovative
designer that understands a brief and develops it to its optimum level. He is reliable and approachable
and we consider him an integral external member of the CP Editorial team.
Ryan was recommended to me and because of geographic location and distance, our contact was always going
to be by telephone and email. Being completely new and naive to the world of graphic design, I didn't
know what to ask for, where to begin or what to expect. All I knew was that I needed a design that would
look professional, promote my business and set me apart from my competitors. I worried that not working
face-to-face would mean that there was a risk of 'lost in translation'. Well, I needn't have as Ryan,
seemed to know instinctively what I wanted and delivered more than I could ever have expected. He
listened to what I asked for, allayed my concerns and fears and explained, in detail, how this was best
achieved. Nothing and I mean nothing, was, or is, too much trouble for Ryan. He was always ready to
offer advice and he has continued to support me. I know from the comments I receive from my client's
that, the logo Ryan created, has become instantly recognisable and is promoting an extremely
professional image, which is setting me a long way apart from my competitors. Ryan is very easy to work
with, even at a distance. He is open, honest, reliable and helpful. I would have no hesitation in
recommending Ryan to anyone looking for a top class Graphic Designer.
We've worked with Ryan for around 18 months now. In that time he has produced some fantastic work for
us, ranging from simple posters and flyers, presentation folders and postcards, to creating a logo and
visual identity for one of our new projects. Ryan has always been a joy to work with, endlessly patient,
always cheerful and full of good ideas on how to make our charity's visual communications more
effective. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with him.
When I first worked with Ryan, I needed a cleaner, more professional look for a leaflet, which had to be
produced with a super-quick turnaround. Ryan was able to take an existing style and make it look much
better within a very challenging time frame. Later I asked Ryan for a logo, colour scheme and style
guide for my business. He took the time to understand the nature of the business and was able to
incorporate my requests while also challenging some of my ideas and adding his own. Ryan also designed a
logo for a community group I'm involved in which promotes recycling and waste reduction. He was able to
be flexible about timings to ensure that everyone involved in the group had a say about the final
result. This is typical of his approach: he's professional and takes every job seriously as well as
making every effort to understand and incorporate the views of the client. I would recommend Ryan to
anyone who wants attractive, creative, clean and professional-looking design.
I am very happy to place on record my thanks and support to Rhinobytes and to offer my unhesitating
recommendation of Ryan O'Hara, the man behind the business. Ryan is a consummate professional and as
such is brimful of ideas backed up by attention to detail and faultless customer service. He was able to
help us turn our half-formed ideas into something really eye-catching and professional and was tireless
in talking us through the options; producing a range of alternatives until we achieved what we were
looking for. At no point did he make us feel that we had to rush our decision-making or feel
uncomfortable about reworking ideas until we had achieved what we wanted. The cherry on the cake was the
very positive feedback we received on our publicity material from those it was directed towards. I
was so impressed with Ryan as a person and as a professional that I pointed my sister in his direction
when she was setting up her own business and needed guidance and assistance with her logo and branding.
With Ryan you will get all you could ask for in help, support, professionalism from someone with a truly
creative mind and an enviable talent.
Ryan created my company logo, display and my print materials for my Holistic Business. He was brilliant
to work with, and based on a few vague ideas from me created an eye catching logo/identity which
encapsulated exactly what I was looking for. He is easy to work with, being both open to suggestions and
honest about what will/won't work and why. I have had great feedback on my logo and materials from both
clients and colleagues who now recognise me at events because of my new visual identity. I look forward
to working with Ryan again on my next project.
